We called Capital Plumbing today due to a drain backing up in our basement. From Adam promptly answering the phones and coordinating service to Chris and Ryan showing up on site within the hour to troubleshoot - this team has been excellent to work with. While our plumbing problems are turning into a larger project than we had hoped for, we know we are in good hands.
These guys came to my parents house and did an amazing job, gave them a free estimate, were so polite and honest and even made sure everything was working and cleaned up prior to leaving!!
Wonderful plumbers. Very professional & polite.Took care of the basement drain problem of a blockage which was causing the washer water to backup onto the basement floor. They even guaranteed their work for a year & offer free estimates also. Couldn't beat the price!
Absolute professionals! We had another company come out and that failed to properly install a backflow preventer 5 times! The Capitol Plumbing team came out and fixed it on the first trip, tested it, certified it, and got all the permits taken care of in just a few days. I hope we don't need to call them out for anything, but if we do we're glad we have them to call! Thanks guys!
