Before coming to capitalpet urgent care , we had taken my dog hemlock to Olympic emergency vet and the experience there was so awful that I didn't think it was going to be possible to save my Hemlock due to how horrible we were treated. Right awaystaff here at Capital was met by staff whome had very compassionately helped her out of the car. Worst place possible how are they even open for the public??? Come here if your only solution is putting your companion down this place will give you the whole run around then tell you they can't do anything to help you buy waste your time. Took my poor bby home thinking they'd do anything to ease her pain. Not a dam thing they do.
Our cat had severe renal failure, treatment failed and we decided to keep him comfortable at home as long as possible. Took a sudden turn for the worst. Tried several vets for euthanasia but was not successful. Finally found Capital, they got us in quickly. All the staff were wonderful, very empathetic to our situation. No pressure to move things along, we were able to take our time saying goodbye. The Dr. took time to explain the process, and our cat had a peaceful transition.
