The front staff is the worst !! Anytime I needed documents filled out they would say they would call me to pick them up . Well either they never called or I had to call them and they either don’t know what I’m talking about or they haven’t been ready after 3 months of having them . I tried making an appointment for my children I was put on hold for 15 min after confirming the birthdays and names the receptionist comes back asking how can she help me !
