I loved this place when I was on a tour...but now? Nope. The office does now accept pkgs but they are never open. We had 1 lady that worked in the office for about a year and she was always there with a smile. Now shes gone and I haven't seen the office open since. Theres no communication with the mgrs and maintenance, or residents. Trash cans ate always over flowing, bathrooms in comm9n areas are always out of paper towels and toilet paper. Theres tons more but just don't, DON'T give this place your money.
Capital park is BY FAR THE BEST apartment community that I've lived in! I've been a resident for no less than 8 years and the staff has ALWAYS been helpful, kind, and timely with ALL maintenance needs! Shout out to the office management team! I have lived here for six months now and I've really enjoyed my time here. Beth in the front office is wonderful and has made my experience here so genuine and enjoyable. I also know I can go to her for anything! The entire front office is great as well.
Capital Park has been a great place to call home. The apartments are cozy and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Especially Beth at the front who initially showed us our home and has answered every question we have thrown at her. She’s the best. Highly recommend this place.
Josh, the maintenance man, is impeccable! He’s very punctual and considerate of one's time; he's quick, efficient, and knowledgeable at his job. And he's sure to follow up on his work; he's good at his job.
