Waterbugs!!! Who wants to pay rent and share an (otherwise lovely), apartment with waterbugs? Utterly, beyond disgusting! Bugs of any size are a huge NO! But when you see how gigantic these bugs are prepare to run and to NOT get any sleep!!!
This is a very beautiful well kept apt complex. Spacious rooms and different bedroom count 1,2,3, plus studios. Gated also, quiet lots of parking and a large resort size pool. A large party area is rentable. Office computer area also, available. On site maintenance and they come quickly. The renters seems more on the 30s side and up. I must say a love place to live.
I loved this place when I was on a tour...but now? Nope. The office does now accept pkgs but they are never open. We had 1 lady that worked in the office for about a year and she was always there with a smile. Now shes gone and I haven't seen the office open since. Theres no communication with the mgrs and maintenance, or residents. Trash cans ate always over flowing, bathrooms in comm9n areas are always out of paper towels and toilet paper. Theres tons more but just don't, DON'T give this place your money.
Capital park is BY FAR THE BEST apartment community that I've lived in! I've been a resident for no less than 8 years and the staff has ALWAYS been helpful, kind, and timely with ALL maintenance needs! Shout out to the office management team! You guys are on top of communication and ensure that the amenities are always updated and available! Notices are airways given and you all ensure that our dwelling places are up to code and safe!
