I have been living here for about two years and my overall experience has been great. Corey is amazing and extremely helpful 10/10 experience. The maintenance is also amazing and helpful, Josh has accommodated me accurately and efficiently any and every time I’ve had issues in my apartment. The gates have been open from time to time but lately for the last few months they have been closed. I have no complaints so far and I am loving the amenities and my experience living here.
I had a hard time finding an apartment because of pet restrictions in some places. I was about to give up hope; until I viewed an apartment with Beth. She reassured me that my dog and I are welcomed. She also really advocated for me, so I could find the perfect apartment for myself. Anytime I needed help she’s always been able to get what I needed. All in all I and my doggo am extremely happy with Capital Park and the very welcoming staff they have.
I moved to Capital Park about 8 months ago when I was being transferred with work. This apartment complex was recommended to me from a friend and previous renter. I have loved living here with all of the amenities and just how accessible it is to activities in the city. Any time I have had a question or needed help, Cory has been wonderful to work with. I will definitely recommend anyone to live here!
Living at Capital Park has been a dream. Josh and Kendal from maintenance are amazing, they have taken the time and patience to get to know my very reactive dog who is scared of strangers and become friends with him. Now they’re besties and if my dog hears a golf cart, we’ve got to stop by. The office staff is also great. I have lived at Capital Park at 72 West for several years and I greatly enjoy living here! The apartments are affordable, spacious, clean, and well-designed. The property is very nice with beautiful landscaping, an excellent gym, and a wonderful pool area to relax. Most of all, the amazing maintenance team including both Josh and Kendel are truly exceptional!
