I had neck surgery on 5/14 and, naturally, I was nervous going into such an important procedure. From the very beginning, Dr. Cuellar and his entire staff made me feel informed, comfortable, and confident every step of the way. I wanted to take a moment to say thank you and highlight what a great group of people they are at Capital Chiro. They’ve always smiled and said hi to me, so when I got locked out of my office with nothing on me (no phone, no keys 😅), I hoped they might be able to help. Even though it was my first time ever walking into their office, they immediately stepped in without hesitation. Their space is very welcoming, and you can tell they’re genuinely kind people. Really grateful for their help and highly recommend!
I had cervical disc replacement after a car accident and I was very nervous but the girls Tiffany and Ashley in Dr Cuellar‘s office was so understanding and so nice and comforting. They helped me a lot. They always let me know what was going to be happening and all instructions and expectations to have for the upcoming surgery. Working with Ashley M. was a great a experience. She is on top of paperwork and responsive to texts/calls. I'd recommend her for anyone who wants a smooth document/paper process.
