Horrible place. Never go here. They canceled my appointment last minute and had to rebook multiple weeks later, they had zero flexibility even though they were the ones that canceled the appointment. Then at that appointment they told me I would have to wait 1 hour, after 1 hour had past they said it would be at least another full hour. Well at that point I would’ve just gone home for the 2 hours but they had already made me stay and wait for an hour. Just save your time and sanity and go somewhere else.
We had a great experience with this orthodontic clinic. They did braces for both my son and daughter with excellent results, and now we’re starting treatment for our second son. Dr. Clarke is very professional and kind. Their prices are reasonable, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

I never knew or understood how this rating is here. I am with Capital Ortho for almost 7 years. They had work with my son for 7 years and 5 for my daughter. It was a 7 years plan that worked as majic. Nicki, you are the best dentist i saw in Canada over the last 15 years. Work as majic, very kindful, professional and knowledgeable and on top very caring. Really thanks for all ye support over the years. Dr. Clarke, i am really appreciating you were always there. Guys thanks for everything ❤️❤️
