The Capital One Café in Brickell was excellent — what a great concept. It creates a space where you can comfortably work for a few hours while also taking care of your financial needs. A smart, customer-friendly idea that blends productivity and convenience.
This has truly been the best banking experience I’ve ever had. We stopped by twice, both on Sundays, and Emily helped us each time. Where else in the world can you enjoy a drink while taking care of your banking on a Sunday? We couldn’t be happier. Huge thanks to Capital One and especially to Emily!
