I hate this branch and stopped going. I prefer Georgetown. At spring valley, The young man and the older lady who work there are so full of themselves. They make about $50K and have the nerve to make backhanded comments and make it difficult to get services . for example, demanding I change my address for services even though i have two separate residences in NY and DC. One of the black men called his name Bayo he was a very rude person and disrespectful person he didn't care and respect for the customer his behavior was like every rude person shym for Capital One to hire someone like this rude I think he is the manager so rude I had a very bad experience. I hope the Capital One management removes him from this bank.
CAPITAL ONE DOESNT LET YOU TRANSFER MONEY TO GAMBLING ACCOUNTS THAT ARE LEGAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if I can't resolve this ill have to close soon, that's UN AMERICAN !!! you know where they tell you how to spend you money, and on what? Terrible branch. Do not exchange currency here. They give you a horrible exchange rate. Worse than at the airport! Complete cheats!
