Capital One bank, destroying customer service one customer at a time. I’ve been a customer of this bank for decades, including the prior bank it acquired. They literally cannot handle customer service. Not sure why it’s so difficult to notarize a document that is a statement of fact. Don’t offer notary services if you’re not going to provide it. I’ll be moving my banking relationship and my credit card relationship to another financial institution.
Erik is awesome, so kind and helpful! This branch has amazing customer service, we are going to make the extra commute to this branch from now on.
Sashimi is fresh, tempura is crisp, tofu is tender, and the waiter is very friendly.
Eric was extremely helpful and patient! He really knows what he’s doing!!
