I can see why the furniture here is laid out like a coffee shop and not a traditional bank/office. It’s cause you’re gonna spend more time waiting around and not really talking with anyone who knows anything of substance. When it comes to moving or accessing my money with this bank I’ve also had more trouble and been told no here more times than trying to hit on girls out of my league. I’ve been banking with Capital One for many years, both for personal and business accounts. For all our business banking needs, we always come to this branch. Unfortunately, just before Thanksgiving, my business checking account was hacked. Eric went above and beyond to help me report the fraud and get in touch with Capital One’s customer protection department. When speaking to Eric I asked a general question looking for information as to why banks no longer cash checks. He blew me off and stated “ I’m not sure why other banks do it. But I only work at this bank.” I asked for my receipt and he stated we don’t give out receipts for cashing a check. Another teller jumped in and helped him print it out.
