Your branch on Williams Blvd in Kenner Louisiana is a JOKE! June 9th at 4:30pm I went to withdraw money using drive up (only because the lobby is closed.) I sent my slip in with asked amount and account number along with ID. 5 minutes goes by and they asked for a second form of ID because of the amount requested, which is my money. They stole money from my regions bank account
SHAME ON YOU! You didn't start taking PPP loan applications on the 5th. I know, because I'd been contacting you since March, and was told I'd get an email. I got that email YESTERDAY (4/19/2020) after y'all had already supplied all the million dollar loan applications, I'm sure.
Not accepting applications for the pay check protection program for my small business and I’ve banked with Capital One for 21 years. Negligent
I did like my bank once upon a time. Not anymore though. I will be changing banks soon as I can retrieve the checks deposited through the ATM that disappeared off the radar and out of my checking account. Sad to go after 10-15 yrs but rude bankers who don't know jack about where your funds go after a deposit......well let's just suffice to say at So. LA Bank I know my deposits won't leave town by some unknown source.
If it would not impact my excellent credit score, I would close my two accounts with this institution. Going to the drive-thru to make a deposit of $1,180, I asked the guy if he could count it in front of me or should I count it from the door of my car if it would be in a camera View. He said, "IF YOU TRUST ME ..." I don't need to say anything else he came up $80 short from what I had counted. Teller Hispanic male , gave me a horrible customer service came to withdraw money of my PERSONAL ACCOUNT gave me a bad look , because I withdrew $20 dollars worth quarters. He doesn’t like his job , he can get a new job. Never coming back to this location , north of Dallas branches are better and know how to treat their customers right.
