First time...cashed a check in the drive thru without problems. 5 minutes ago, tried the same thing and now they can’t because I’m not an account holder. A week ago, they cashed it with my ID. Go inside. Now, I need TWO forms of ID and $7.00 to cash a check drawn on their bank. How is it possible that in about one week, these policies miraculously are being enforced. Thank you for making me sit in the waiting area for over an hour just because the reason for my visit was to close ONE OF MY accounts. Great tactic for making someone wait who wants to close their account. Make them wait until they can't take it anymore and leave and wow look the account is still open. How STUPID when this account has been involved in fraudulent activity and I've already opened a new account. Thank you for making me want to choose a new bank. Good day. Not.
