Not a bank, just an oversized ATM. Not sure why capital one is going on this direction with it's locations. You can't do anything without an ATM card. The staff is just there to open accounts. What's the point of this building?
They are pretty much the same all around. This particular location is one of the better ones.
There is always one employee only, never seen more than one, the service is so slow you can never count on it. I recommend using other locations if you need service, don't come here.
