Funds in my daughter's account frozen due to "fraudulent activity" but nobody at Capital One Bank is able to give us answers or even seems to CARE about giving us answers - especially West Islip Branch! She is 7 hours away with no access to funds now. Several visits to bank and many phone calls and no answers! We have been less than happy with customer service even though we maintain several accounts there.
