Bank close for businesses in the middle of day for no reason. The customer service phone is an endlessly waiting, keep telling “you are very important to us” over the voice message,What a joke, I will close my bank account of capital one.
Although they seem to nice every time you in - their banking knowledge and customer service leave a lot to be desired. I usually try to go to another location when I need to speak with a manager. The tellers are always GREAT.
They are always friendly and helpful. The staff are what make this location better than others!
