There was only one teller to service everyone, customer service wasn't at the top of the list I ended up having to call and go to a Virginia branch. The branch in Chinatown was much better, but they closed.
Great smiles n services but only one teller in a three booth bank is unacceptable in the middle of downtown DC...took me 25-30 min of undeserved wait.
I set up a checking account here and Samantha was amazing.
