Over the month capital one is going through some change. It is eliminating it Tellers. You now have to do all your transactions yourself. I hate it. I don't need to stand in a door way with large sums of money and have people watch me do my business. I find do this new method very stupid, yes stupid. And whoever thought of this need to be fire. The tellers are extra slow. There are twelve customers in line and one teller!!! The other two atr standing back walking around looking stupid and smiling at the customers in line waiting to be taken care of!!!!!
