The worst horrible service over the years. Not one isolated incident. Consistently bad service. It is horrible. I have escalated this to Capital One escalation team. Please do not go there. It feels like harassment. Pure harassment. All I wanted is notary services and they gave me a run around one would get in a highly bureaucratic government organization in a third world county. I made my first auto loan payment before it was due on 7/17/26 and they charged me 43% interest, but the loan terms were only 5.3% APR. Got angry and paid the car off because nobody can answer my questions about the excessive interest payments. None on their employees understand how interest should be calculated on the outstanding balance of a auto loan! Please shop some where else!
Worse experience ever! We are here to open a simple kids savings account and have some questions. Staff is not trained and kept searching on the website for answers. Might as well close out the branch.
What's the point of a brick and mortar location when they require almost everything to be done online.
