Very bad customer service
Capital One used to be a great bank. They closed all the branches and now I found out since they purchased discover their debit cards no longer work and many international ATMs.

the worst banking experience in this branch！i need to setup a business account with capital one. i tried online，but didn't get through. i made a call，they told me to come to a branch. when i came to this branch，an indian lady received me，but her answer was the worst answer i heard in my life. she suggested me to wait for a letter to come to me and the letter will explain why my application didnt go through. she said it will take 3 - 5 days for the letter to come. and she said that is the only way to solve the issue. so ridic... read more
