At 58 yoa I have been to many banks in my life time. Today I visited the Capital One branch in Ashburn. I have NEVER experienced incompetence at a bank like what I experienced here today. 1. I needed to make a large cash withdrawal and called 3 hours ahead to let them know and to be sure they had the cash in their drawers. I showed up and they tried to tell me that they did not have enough cash. Then they started to argue amongst themselves about the matter before remembering my phone call. 2.
