The ATM ate the checks I tried to deposit, and did not provide an error or point of contact to resolve the issue. 1 hour into a CS call….
Terrible customer service. The only reason I keep Capital One is for notary service, and they now do not even keep one on duty. I went to two branches and none had a notary available.
