make yourselves more accessible. No more chat. the phone call actually asked me to enter my entire cc number. I got scammed with a text about fraudulent activity. Why would I enter my credit card number on an automated call and no matter what I said I could not get transferred to a real human being. The harder it is to reach you, the more I want to RUN to the nearest available bank with a human being
Tried to deposit two money orders on Saturday, one was accepted, the second rejected. No big deal, I could have tried again. The ATM shut down and rebooted but it kept my card. It did not return it. I called customer support and was told they could mail a card in 3-5 business days which means this coming Friday at the latest.
