Whenever this Bank orders pizza they don't never give a tip I don't understand it's cold as hell outside it's snowing raining and they still don't give a tip it's pretty sad

Today 02/28/2025 I went to the bank to make a transaction with the best attitude. The Manager did not give me a solution to an important transaction that I needed to make from one of my business accounts. Then I decided to withdraw money from my account looking for a solution to the problem. She told me that I could not "take my money out of the account" either because they needed the money for other clients and that I had to request it in advance.
