Today 02/28/2025 I went to the bank to make a transaction with the best attitude. The Manager did not give me a solution to an important transaction that I needed to make from one of my business accounts. Then I decided to withdraw money from my account looking for a solution to the problem. She told me that I could not "take my money out of the account" either because they needed the money for other clients and that I had to request it in advance. I visit Capitol One at diamond Square I was greeted when I first came through the door with the manager. Her name is.Shantee she greeted me when I first walked through the door and explain to me on how to make a deposit.. she didn’t walk me to the teller. Mr. Will was very knowledgeable and helpful with the process Phenomenal customer service at Capitol One.
Awful service. Waited an hour no one show. Can believe they don’t care when you walked off of their building. Bank of America help me right away. Costumer service is much better.
