Horrible. The representative I spoke to was horrible so unhelpful and rude I can’t believe it. How can you be there to help but you do the complete opposite. Her name tag said KATHERINE, she was an older woman. Miss Katherine was very condescending, disrespectful, unprofessional, unhelpful, and just outright rude. If i could give zero starts I would. Horrible experience with this branch. Today I went in because I wanted to deposit a check but I didn’t have my card with me since I lost it so I decided to go inside so I could deposit and the lady that helped me said that I couldn’t deposit because I don’t have my card and that she was not going to help me and tell me the reason why I can’t deposit my money in my bank account. She was so rude and unprofessional.
These arms suck so bad takes 30min to deposit anything over 1,000
