Terrible customer service on 09/29/2025 at around 3pm. I went in to ask about connecting external bank accounts. I was having trouble because Capital One keeps freezing my accounts due to me trying to connect them and I needed to verify the external ones over the phone even though I went through the small deposit verification process. They were not able to verify one of the accounts so I went in person to see if I could verify in person with account numbers, login, or anything. call the 800 numbere on the back of the card, customer service is very bad and unable to help.
No longer a convenient service to customer.
Would say all kind of BS not to work and to divert you to somewhere else. Do this online, do that online, then why do we need a physical branch and why bank pays you?
