I recently visited the Capital One branch in Kentlands and my experience was disappointing due to the handling of a simple withdrawal transaction. What should have been a quick process took over 10 minutes. I completed the withdrawal ticket, provided my account number, and submitted my passport. Terrible customer service on 09/29/2025 at around 3pm. I went in to ask about connecting external bank accounts. I was having trouble because Capital One keeps freezing my accounts due to me trying to connect them and I needed to verify the external ones over the phone even though I went through the small deposit verification process. They were not able to verify one of the accounts so I went in person to see if I could verify in person with account numbers, login, or anything.
