What's the deal with closing locations?
The most disgusting experience ever. Very unprofessional and crazy long wait time.
Branch that was convenient was closed. Second branch semi close was also closed. Very annoying. For ordinary transactions, bank is okay but for anything complicated quite poor. When I was settling my brother in law's estate, I needed a special letter that only the manager could do. She wasn't there. Apparently on her honeymoon?? I had to make three trips from Parlin to East Brunswick on three separate occasions. Wasted my time which I guess means nothing to them.
