I am sad to see this location will be closing soon. I love the staff there on Kirby Drive. The Medical Center location is perfect for Houston’s horrific traffic. I tried the other two closest locations and it was so hard to drive through the traffic just to get there. Whoever came up with this decision should be fired.
I have been coming to this branch for years and I have never been treated as professionally as the effervescent Hans Hemmer. He is truly a gem. Whenever I come in with questions he is eager to be of help. I am saddened by the decision to close the branch. His will be a hard act to follow.
