Its not capital one quality.. Employees are rude … And there is only 1 employees!!
Don’t go. Phil is so rude and not professional. Picked up a phone call when I was asking her question. Had an attitude from the beginning and treated me like I am a scam. She won’t let people open accounts if they don’t speak English.
