Found a used vehicle I love. Salesman was thorough and very helpful.
My husband and I had a great buying experience at Capital Ford in Rocky Mount. On the first call I talked to Tim. He was great. Very professional in is presentation not pushey at all. Also, the business manager was equally as professional explaining the benefits of the expended warranty. I would definitely buy another car there even though it is 2 hours away. The sales representative worked very hard finding a truck that suited me, and also worked tirelessly finding lenders to work with. My vehicle malfunctioned, and instead of waiting for a rental to come back in, they took a car off the lot for me to drive!
They were all very easy to work with and they did a great job. .. I appreciate everything they did for me. Great people.
Great guys, I came in for two days and these guys were able to keep me in my budget not pushing me to buy anything I spoke with AJ and Tim, they both knew what they were talking about with the trucks and were willing to work with me to buy what I wanted and needed. Will be going back here if I need anything!!
