My wife and I recently purchased a Lincoln Nautilus from Capital Ford in Rocky Mount. We were very pleased with the attention and service we received from the entire Capital Team, especially James Ransome the salesperson. No pressure, just a good deal!
Was hoping to purchase a vehicle and dealership was not wiling to take a down payment to hold it aside until I could get there. On the way to make the purchase and got a call that the vehicle I wanted was just being g bought by someone It would have been nice for them to have hold the vehicle knowing that I had called and said I was coming in to purchase it.
Recently had a couple of services done to my car that had taken several hours to complete so they offered me a complimentary valet service to pick up and return the car. That made my day so much easier! Not only did they do outstanding services to the car but the extra mile of complimentary valet in addition to cleaning my car and vacuuming it was outstanding! I highly recommend Capital Ford of Rocky Mount!
