Been waiting over a year for a call regarding a referral. Very frustrating that you can't even call to get an update. I understand there are may people waiting but give us some kind of outlet to make sure we are even on a list and haven't been lost in the mess of our healthcare system in NB.
I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or if they just continually overbook appointments. If you come here you can expect a 20-30 minute wait before being brought to an exam room, then you can expect to wait another 20-30 minutes before what should have just been a routine 5-10 minute appointment. This office should consider making the waiting room more child friendly considering the amount of time you’re expected to wait and the amount of children who come through the waiting room on a daily basis.
Our Healthcare system is an absolute mess and let me tell you why! I've got pelvic inflammatory disease. Tried the Maple App, they said go to the ER. Went to the ER - too long of a wait, they said go to the sexual health clinic. Called sexual health can't get in until October (2 months) - told me to go to the downtown clinic. Called downtown clinic - told me there was nothing they could do. Referred me to a gynecologist. Called this OBGYN clinic.
