Place is absolutely disgusting. Missing smoke detector. Mattress stained severely. Dirt on floors. If I could go lower then 1 star I would. Oh and the pool is green and gross.
Stay away from this dump. I have even complained to the town of Richmond Hill. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.
the absolute worst hotel i’ve been to by far. the room smelled like mold piss and shit the sheets had piss stains on it the shower and walls had stains all over. also no refunds even before inspecting the room. black spots all over the bed. absolutely horrible experience and we didn’t stay the night.
