Absolutely disgusting they booked my family in a room that had a man already booked in it , then the lady who did not give her name stated she did not work there ,and was not aware of which rooms where available. she had her boyfriend there ,and sent him to two different rooms to see if they where empty and clean ,one was available but it was extremely disgusting sheets wher me yellow and restroom was leaking from the toilet ,we ask to be refunded and she stated they do-not do refunds, my family did not feel comfortable nor ... read more

I arrived at Capital O Amerihost Inn and Suites Mexico Hwy 54 after a long drive, just looking for a simple and comfortable place to unwind. From the moment I checked in, the staff made things easy with their warm and helpful attitude. As the evening settled in, the property felt calm and safe, which made it easy to relax. The next day, I took some time to explore nearby spots like Teal Lake Park for a quiet walk and later stopped by the Audrain County Historical Museum to get a feel of the local history. Had roaches in the 1st room they gave me , then was told they would refund my money along with the deposit but they never refunded any of my money.. do not stay here...

Not only did they lose my debit card an cost me a trip back to Kansas City for another card. But got ate up by bed bugs. This place is nasty an dirty. An no I can't get my deposit which is joke and an didn't give me my money back not even a call
