had an extremely frustrating experience with Capital North Realty, specifically with agent Frank Mastracci. I reached out at least five times to inquire about a leasing unit. Each time, I was told that the agent would call me back and my details were taken—but no one ever followed up. I then emailed Frank Mastracci directly, and that was also completely ignored.
