I bought my titan truck from this dealership on June 22 2024. after spending more than 3 hours signing paperwork. they got all the paperwork incorrectly and as of today aug 13 2024 i did not got my perm plates. thy have been giving me he run around and not returning my calls.
Brought my Maxima in for a routine oil change. My car has no scratches, dings, nothing. After my oil change was done I noticed a "DING" on the passenger door. Service manager wasn't even professional to take a look and offer an apology. Service advisor said they would fix it and bring the car back. I did and the repair was horrible. Also the service manager called me into her office which I thought would be an apology but "NOPE" she tells me I am banned from the dealership for complaining. I would like to leave this review in it's place. During the beginning of August 2019 I found a 2019 Ford Focus at a partner location in Charlotte NC. I contacted Capital Nissan in Wilmington in order to purchase the vehicle. I set up the appointment and filled out the Buyer's Order and contract on Saturday 17 August to take delivery the following Monday, 19 August.
