We've been extremely pleased with Dr. Suarez as well as Lorraine, one of her office staff. They have been extremely helpful and pleasant, professional and compassionate. Just today, we went to have medical records transferred, and not only had Lorraine already done it, she also had a copy waiting for us without our request--in anticipation of our need to have one. I was here assisting an elderly person with appointment. I was assaulted on the back of the head by office/clinic staff.
If no stars were possible that is my rating. This clinic can't seem to keep physicians. Dr. Joubert fixed my meds but I am soon left under Dr. Suarez's care. Follow ups . Lorraine is a great assistant. My previous doctor at this clinic, Joubert, was no good either.This Suarez has not filled my prescription for 3 days and will not contact the pharmacy as necessary to receive my meds. I understand there are many other patients in need at any time but right now I'm on an emergency 3 day supply from the pharmacy.
Update.... Out of business. All Doctors left to other practices.
