Dr. Ratnavati Kolla is my Neurologist in Rockville. I have been seeing her for many years now. I was there for my follow up. I always have an excellent experience there. Dr Kolla and her team are excellent at their jobs and what they do. Dr. Kolla and her team are honest, professional, compassionate, personal and showed they cared about me the patient which I am glad I am one of them.
The doctor is amazing and very caring.
Just when I thought I found a Neurologist near me that was great, I was wrong. I just went for my first visit last week and I am out of my medication, still no medication or any word on if they’ve done a prior authorization for it either. Her staff seems to not care about the patients, and it’s sad that anyone like that is hired into the medical field. Me being in the medical field, I know how certain medications are important for people, especially epileptics.
