Office has one of the most rudest nasty employees. Front desks hangs up on you while I was waiting for my lab referral I think Stacy is her name she has a very nasty attitude talks about her clients and gets mad if we call her office. I can hear her cursing while I’m in the waiting area staff uses profanity just as her.
I must say the staff and front reception are some of the most rude and unfriendly people I've ever encountered. The atmosphere is not welcoming at all. If you have to call for any reason don't expect to ever get a live person on the line. It's as if they go out of their way not to have to speak to patients if at all possible. After 3 visits dealing with this kind of treatment I decided to go elsewhere. It's pretty clear to me the needs of their paitients is the last thing they care about. I'm done with Capital Nephrology.
Dr.Dah is a wonderful and caring Dr.she takes the time needed to answer questions and to go over all results with me ,the front staff has been wonderful to me,its possible that someday a person might have a bad day,that should be left on the outside,Thanks for your wonderful service
I have experience horrible service from Capital Nephrology under the leadership of Jamie, the Practice Manager. Only concern about procedures and does not meet the needs of the patients. Always claiming that they are leaving messages on my phone, but I never received them.
