excellent doctor and staff
I saw a Dr from Capital Nephrology one time in December referred to me by Davita.I was billed $300 for a five minute session. No insurance was billed despite the fact that I had coverage with United health Care, which Davita new and had been billing for three months prior. I had to switch insurance January 1st. Capital billed the new insurance company and I ended up paying $68.00 for three visits.
Unpleasant staff members took 44 minutes to book an appointment, they kept giving the run around after they canceled my appointment. They need better management.
Office has one of the most rudest nasty employees. Front desks hangs up on you while I was waiting for my lab referral I think Stacy is her name she has a very nasty attitude talks about her clients and gets mad if we call her office. I can hear her cursing while I’m in the waiting area staff uses profanity just as her.
I must say the staff and front reception are some of the most rude and unfriendly people I've ever encountered. The atmosphere is not welcoming at all. If you have to call for any reason don't expect to ever get a live person on the line. It's as if they go out of their way not to have to speak to patients if at all possible. After 3 visits dealing with this kind of treatment I decided to go elsewhere. It's pretty clear to me the needs of their paitients is the last thing they care about. I'm done with Capital Nephrology.
