Wowwww ... I LOVE IT ... – Must check it out. Recently, I came back Capital Nails for my pedicure and full set pink and white. I did not believe in my eyes that the place looks totally different. The last time I was there about 3 months ago, the shop looked old and worn out but now it looks so classy. I found out that the shop has changed ownership and look like they know to do business. great pedicure for the price – i am pretty particular about where i go to get a pedicure and id recently had a bad experience at a place in west sac where their techniques left me with an ingrown toenail problem, having had it fixed after, i let capital nails staff know about the problem, which usually at asian nails salons can be difficult. not here, they were easy to talk to and understood. i believe they are clean and sanitizing seems to be important to them. no if ur looking for like nice flat screens and awesome atmosph... read more
Horrible Nail Service and overall experience – I went into capital nails for a mani/pedi and immediately the girl gave me additude then I sat for the pedi and she did a fantastic job but I was hesitant about the cleanliness of the establishment. I saw no sanitizers anyhow I sat for pedi and another girl came to do my mani at the same time, they use very cheap utencils that we could buy at 99 cents store. Nice staff, beautiful nails – My three bridesmaids and I went here for mani/pedis the day before my wedding in April 2008. The ladies were very professional and provided a fun atmosphere for us and didn't mind that we brought in a some champagne to drink. They are one of the few nail salons that can accomodate a group that size without being an expensive spa/salon.
