Ron was useless. My partner had to reach out to him multiple times instead of him doing his job. What a joke!
Short version: Not recommended! We should've walked out of our initial consultation OR at the very least listened to our realtor and left after she heard our experience. Over promised, under delivered, missed deadlines, gender discrimination, and over all lack of professionalism and poor customer service. IVE MADE IT CLEAR WITH HER TO PULL A SOFT CHECK FOR MY CREDIT AND INSTEAD PULLED HARD INQUIRY. She’s just unresponsible and does not reply back to you one time. Does not update you for anything.
