Not the staff in front, but staff behind closed doors- not good. Waited 45 mins only to be told he’s running behind and had to reschedule. Refused to write note for work bc i “wasn’t seen.” Next, took 3 attempts to get my referral to specialist right. Sent to wrong doctor twice and after third visit (and ME getting the stink eye even tho it was THEIR mistake) the referral was STILL wrong bc they listed the WRONG body part. I like Dr. Groves, so this is not a reflection on him. The NEW Capital Medical Clinic staff is rude, short and will hang up the phone on you. I could not get a quick appointment with Dr. Groves (I do understand he is busy) so I agreed to a consult with a P.A. I had problems with a parking machine not working so I was slightly delayed. Got to my appointment maybe 5 minutes late. I've been seeing Dr. Groves for many year as has my husband, and he's one of the best out there. He's old school, takes the time to listen and hear your concerns. I've never felt rushed with him. He's also respected my wishes as well. I'll be sad when he retires.

I have been seeing Dr. Groves for 15 years and find him very competent and very personable.
