I hate to do this this hospital has been good to us until today 8/4/25. We came to emergency room due to my wife having to come back after a surgery she had last Monday 6/28/25. Her Dr wanted us to come back to capital so she is close by just in case. The RN in the front Andreas has no compassion to people being treated. Is very rude and feels he's to good to have to communicate with anyone. I had to step out side to get something from my car. I called cause I have a fractured elbow and the man on the other line was rude if i could give a 0 star rating I would but I can’t so I give it a one, first off I waited very long to get put on the line and I was being patient because I understand The waiting process once I got on the line with the other person on the phone I was explaining to them about my injury and asking about me coming in and get something fixed. I came in maybe a couple of months ago. The experience still comes to mind occasionally. I was having trouble breathing that persisted throughout the day and by evening, decided I needed medical help. The first problem was when I parked. I wanted to calm down before going in and was trying to collect myself. Campus security (an overweight white male w curly hair) soon approached my open driver’s side window and demanded to know what I was doing there.
