Responsive and kind staff
Went to the ER for my husband Matthew who has several severe health issues. Because of his extensive history and recent medical procedures we opted to go in when he was showing signs of not feeling well. They were extremely well organized. Ran several tests as precaution. They even made sure he had extra fluids to flush his kidneys out after a ct scan. All the nurses, doctor and checkin person were very pleasant and knowledgeable. It would be one star if not for the Rockstar nurse who got my daughters IV line in first try. Poor communication between ultrasound tech, nurse and doctor. Daughter came in with horrible right sided pain, which she's had before and has ovarian cysts. So we're either thinking possible appendix or cyst issue. We never got a room, which was the first odd thing about the ER. Only brought into triage curtained room, waiting room, back and forth.
