Sherrie Rudolph was extremely helpful in looking up service records for my vehicle and providing guidance on essential services. The wait time was reasonable and the waiting area is modern and comfortable.
Great service. Sherri is wonderful and very helpful. When I go for service I always try to request her.
My experience at the Cary Mazda service department is fantastic. The workers, Sherry, Rudolph, Matt, Harris manager and Tom as well as the rest of the employees very customer friendly very accommodating and expediting every service at your place. They also recommended 100%. I will recommend the Cary monster to everybody in North Carolina.
Hidden charges on the bill. When asked about the lady gets rude and says she doesn't decide the charges. Yes, I know this billing lady does not decide the charges, I'm just asking for information. No reason to get rude. This is not the first time I am getting my car serviced. Include your whatever misc charges as part of total charge due so at the time of booking so there is no surprise.
We ended up finding a vehicle privately through a friend. But in a world full of people looking for handouts, Thurmond was a breath of fresh air. Not many people understand the hustle of being a Salesman but it's very clear that Thurman does. We car shop for a couple weeks and he was one of the only two sales people that we interact with over those two weeks that caught us back to check on us and kept his eyes peeled for what we were looking for.
