Had a very bad experience at capital Mazda. Staff weren’t helpful with my car problems. Wasn’t as I expected at all.
My recent oil change appointment revealed profound operational failures. First, I was falsely informed that no online coupons were available, only for staff to admit they could accept a code after I located one on your website. This initial attempt at deception is unacceptable. Second, scheduling a 4:00 PM appointment when you close at 5:00 PM is logistical nonsense. Great service, friendly staff. All around great location
I am extremely disappointed in Mazda of Cary. I am leasing a 2023 cx-30. It has 19,000 miles on it. I was hearing a noise while driving this weekend. Since it was a sunday, and the Mazda shop is closed, I called a third party to detect the problem. Turns out a brake caliper needs to be replaced (10mm usual thickness and mine is at 4mm). This third party told me to reach out to the dealer because it should be covered under warranty for a new car - especially a lease.
