EDIT: Unfortunately I have to change my review after not being able to get in touch with the Mazda service department for nearly a week. I called multiple times each day with no answer. Both myself and my insurer, Geico, left messages that have not been responded to. I need the dealership to provide some information to my insurer so that I can be compensated for some repair work that was done recently, but this cannot happen if Capital Mazda never answers the phone.
