My tire was need a fix so I took it to this dealership during my regular maintenance and also asked them to fix the tire , they charged me maintenance + 30$ for the tire fix which is not a problem then I found out that they didin’t fixed my tire and let me drive like that. They let me drive like in the pictures which unbelievable and out my life in serious danger. I won’t go this scammers again also won’t recommend to anyone
I lived in the area temporarily after purchasing my vehicle in another state, but I received excellent service here. Even when I had a quick issue come up while passing through after moving away, the team went out of their way to sort me out quickly with no fuss. Great place to do business!
Corey Washington was really sweet, provided excellent service when it came to all of my maintenance work! as well as the major work that had to be done on my car and kept me updated!
My experience with Mazda service Cary was beyond excellent. As a female, I am always slightly nervous about being taking advantage of for my lack of knowledge on cars.
