Don’t play dumb lol we talked a few times on the phone heritable service horrible experience you think you have some entitlement which you don’t , leaving customers hanging waiting for nothing 0 out of 5 stars

Does not stand behind their work and goes silent when you try to contact them. I contacted Capital for an oil change. They strongly suggested that I also replace the impeller. I agreed and they sent a technician to my dock. The oil change was quick, but he spent the rest of the day working on the impeller. He was unable to finish so came back the next day with the owner and their 'chief mechanic'. They spent most of the 2nd day trying to finish the work. I took my boat to capital marine services on 1/29/24 for engine repair. As of today 9/8/24 I still do not have my boat back. I have paid them in full $18,979.78. I have given up and a month ago demanded my boat back as is and they said they were really busy and I would have to schedule in advance 2 or 3 weeks. Today I scheduled Seatow to pick it up and the owner Nick told me NO. He said they were in control of my boat not me. I owe them nothing and now I am forced to take legal action just to get my boat.

I am a small business owner and never write reviews but cannot let this pass. I would never do business with this company. I have docked my boat at Emerald Point Marina for years. Loved that place and the people. I would have the previous company do my yearly maintenance because of convenance. Never had an issue. Capital Marina bought them out and this was the first year they serviced my boat. They left a huge stain on my seat that will not come off.
