capital marine failed 3 times to install an engine in my boat after paying in full $11,000 and after 9 months I had to forcefully retrieve my boat and have it taken to 5 star marine. I’ve been dealing with these guys for nearly 3 years!! Nick, John or Sam won’t call back, no one answers the phone. They have a lot of my money to fix a problem that I know should not have costed that much! All I have gotten from them is the run around. I have to take this to the next level I guess. I have never been treated like this before and have NOT done anything to deserve to be! I have been very patient and polite. Ridiculous!!

Don’t play dumb lol we talked a few times on the phone heritable service horrible experience you think you have some entitlement which you don’t , leaving customers hanging waiting for nothing 0 out of 5 stars
Does not stand behind their work and goes silent when you try to contact them. I contacted Capital for an oil change. They strongly suggested that I also replace the impeller. I agreed and they sent a technician to my dock. The oil change was quick, but he spent the rest of the day working on the impeller. He was unable to finish so came back the next day with the owner and their 'chief mechanic'. They spent most of the 2nd day trying to finish the work.
