Oh my gosh, all the ladies in the front and back office staff as well as the imaging tech here were kind, compassionate and helpful and went above and beyond to help me at my appointment yesterday. I definitely recommend them for your appointment.
I have been going here for years. This last time there was a error on my results and asked to relay a message to the Radiologist. Was told there was no way to do this. The lady that has been here forever was very rude and matter of fact. Take it or leave it. I will NEVER come here again!!! I paid for this test!!!
유방메모그램 어제 찍어준 간호사와 유방메모그램 초음파 해준 간호사와 닥터가 실력이 있어보였다. 굉장히 나이스하고 친철하고 통역서비스가 최고엿다. 역시 직접 통역서비스보다 비대면 통역서비스가 더 나았다.
When I came in for my first mammogram, the staff was very friendly, kind, and compassionate. After getting the mammogram, my doctor wanted me to get a diagnostic mammo. The staff worked hard to get me in the same day so I didn’t have to make another trip in. They were very accommodating. I grew up in the Midwest, so customer service is very important to me. Capital Mammography went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you to all the staff for what you do! You sure do make a difference in the lives you touch.
