Joy is very talented! For the past four years joy has worked her magic on my hair. She is terrific and I highly recommend her.
Highly recommend seeing Joy! I had processed brassy color and she gave me a dimensional, lived in beige blonde. She listened and made suggestions that really complement my features. I’ve never had a stylist be able to transform my dark brunette hair in one appointment! If you’re looking for a great stylist in the DMV, look no further.
