Joy is the best of the best when it comes to haircuts, balayage, and full color. She is super friendly and easy to talk to, and she’s amazing at hair cuts. I usually let her do what her heart desires and it always comes out so good. Even after I moved out of the area, I still end up driving back to Joy! I would highly recommend going to her. She also has both men and women as clients and they all come out looking fantastic. If you’re looking for a new hair salon, come to Capital Luxe and enjoy your experience with Joy!
Joy is the best! She is very knowledgeable of hair colors, and will never disappoint with any haircut or hair style. She is a true artist and a wonderful person. She gives the best head massage and she makes the whole experience so pleasant and relaxing. I have been her client for over 4 years and I love her! She is absolutely great!
The best haircut I've ever had. Joy's been styling and cutting my mother's hair for most of my life, so I already knew I was in good hands when I made an appointment. True to her name, Joy is a joy to talk with while she worked her magic. Her passion for her craft is clear to see and incredibly infectious! Hair terminology is completely lost on me, but I can say that I love my cut and look forward to the next time I'm in need of a trim or new style!
Just got my haircut touched up yesterday. Joy was very knowledgeable and made some great recommendations in addition to doing exactly what I wanted. Love my new look <3
