Incredible team at Capital Lincoln. From the moment we stepped on the lot we were welcomed like family. It never felt like we were being pushed to purchase, but rather encouraged to consider all of the options in front of us, and why Lincoln was the right choice. It was such a great experience. Keith, Jax, Miq, thank you all for taking care of us.
Service manager, Mike, was pretty awesome!! Not only did he get my Lincoln Corsair black label in immediately and give me a loaner car which he personally cleaned again. But he also made sure it was filled with gas and smelled like a new car!! I wouldn’t expect anything less with black label from Lincoln! Thank you Mike for making my experience a fantastic one!!
Capital Lincoln i felt comfortable with them and felt. They were very honest selling their me a new Lincoln nautilus I trust them to do service right Mike service manager. Listen carefully to any problems. I got and does everything he can to correct it.
