All I need is a one foot extension for an $800 light fixture I purchased and they send me a distributor with a 800 number....Really? I wouldn't treat anyone like that. How hard can it be to have their workmen produce an extra chain for this light? tried to work with their contact, but now they tell me, we might have a spare chain in the back that might work...or if not, we'll have to order it which will take 2 weeks. I want it free because of the hassle you people put me through.

Capital Lighting, we ordered your Mission Hills 9956BB Flush Mount. The picture you see when ordering looks like the first picture below. When you install it, you realize there is no bottom to the light. What you see when looking up at the light are all the brackets holding the glass and the exposed screws holding the fixture to the junction box. It looks completely unfinished.
