Dropped off a new uniform to get some patches sewn on…they are able to have it done in a week!
We had a king size down comforter cleaned. The staff is super friendly. Our comforter was done and ready to pick up much earlier than expected.
They did alterations to my fiance suit and completely botched it. The back of the suit coat was sewn on a angle and bubbled outwards and the shoulders were also sewn improperly so they say sideways. He was not offered and refund or any compensation and was told he would have to pay if he wanted it fixed. Do not recommend for anything of high quality.
Daughter went to get her winter formal dress altered and almost left in tears. The lady was mocking her and absolutely rude. Zero stars if I could. The level of unprofessionalism is insane.
