Love the compliments on my landscaping. – I hired Capital Landscape to make some basic landscape changes to both my front and back yard (new sod and shrubbery). Everyone was very nice, from the man who came out to give the estimate, to others who worked at my home. They stuck to the quote I was given and the difference in my lawn is like night and day. Excellent work by professionals who take pride in their work – Capital Landscape recently finished our renovation and we can’t wait to entertain and show off their great work! We needed a grown-up update to our back yard that was geared more towards adult entertaining. We opted for a fire pit and a wonderful stone retaining wall as part of our renovations. below expectation – I hired Capital Landscape summer of 2011 (mark Chester) the owner came out and gave me the bid and yes there were weeds everywhere, the reason I was hiring a landscaper, I agreed to the bid and as there were doing the work I noticed that the were just putting soil over my mow strips, the worker called his foreman and he said we would lay mow strips latter (not written in the contract, but I said ok go ahead, when the time came he didn't want to put in mow strips over the old ones and wanted to give me a r... read more

Ripoff – Hired Capital Landscape for my backyard. The quality of work was far below poor. Several issues with broken or leaking sprinkler lines. The backyard has been flooded several times. In the 4 months since the job has been done, several plants have died as a result of them improperly installing the irrigation and drip system. Some plants were getting too much water, some weren't getting enough, some weren't getting any. They ripped us off in the contract by charging for a sprinkler controller which was never installed.... read more

Overpriced & below expectations – Work was done in both the front and back yards. The quality was poor. Sod was added to near existing lawn in a couple of areas. In one area the sod was actually over the existing lawn. In other areas, there was not enough new sod to put in, leaving the dirt exposed. In the new sod areas, and other areas where work was done the ground was not leveled out very well. Save your money, and look for someone else to do your landscaping.
