I contracted Capital Kitchen and Bath to remodel my bathroom and the results are incredible! From my initial request for a quote to the end of the job, communication was frequent and helpful! The quality of the design was amazing (ask for Sarah)! The installation team was clean and efficient. Also ask for Derek the tile guy! Worked with a designer through email who said they'd be out to take a look at the site. Had a last minute cancellation the first time; the second time, only the owner showed up, "for measurements and photos". It's a complicated project which would require multiple steps to complete, so why would you just send someone to measure and take photos that someone who's never visited/seen the site has to design from?
