Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist at this clinic was extremely disappointing. Her tone was rude and unprofessional, and she didn’t even give me a chance to speak or explain my concern. It was clear that she lacks basic communication skills and proper phone etiquette, and she does not appear qualified to deal with people. Dr. Michaud is amazing, I truly can not recommend her enough. She is very kind and understanding, doesn’t rush you. My daughter love her, and will miss her when she moves. Front desk could use some help, they should not work with children, and are very cold on the phone. Don’t let you get a word in, they know everything.
