Justin at Capital Investment Realty was very helpful in my son’s search for an apartment. He took the time to show us multiple properties and was professional and very responsive to our questions. From processing the lease documents to move in and checking in on my son after he moved in, we were very happy to work with CIR.
The rental process was easy and required no deposit. The property was great and I did my best to take care of the place with no complaints. This was my first decent rental experience, any maintenance request I had was dealt accordingly, which is all I can really ask for.
I just want to share that Joe was very prompt fixing the few things Ive had broken for awhile. I truly do appreciate his work and AMAZING ATTENTION AND ATTITUDE when tending to my maintenance needs! HES THE BEST!
Brian with maintenance was fantastic. Came out, figured out the problem, and got it done super fast. Even gave a heads-up before they came. Super kind and amazing. 10/10 guy! Never had a problem when we interact with Capital Investment Realty.
