Zero for some and 4 for others depending upon role. Wonderful female PA. Window check in- some rude and not welcoming at all. One yelled- yes yelled at me out into lobby for being a few minutes late. I had called ahead as caught up in major traffic problem. Several people in waiting room came over “ apologizing saying no one should be treated that way” and suggesting another doctor. I have never had such an awful experience with a doctor's office or any other business for that matter. A close friend recommended Dr. Amit Ghose and I sought him out specifically for my psychiatric and primary care needs. I spent three months checking in to see if he was able to take me on as a new patient and was eventually told he was willing to accept me as his patient and I scheduled an appointment. NO ETHICS/PERSONAL/PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY/STAFF & DRS. BEWARE—15+ YEARS! Dr. E. Wheeler & all 3 owning Drs 15+ yrs of care, dismissed me as patient b/c Dr's. receptionist/20 yrs, lied when I explained steps I was ordered to follow by Dr. to protect me from CV-19 exposure as MI Law required me to personally pick up script at Dr's. office.Receptionist was upset to deviate normal protocol, thus retaliated & lied. Thank you Jodi and Lizzie for your prompt and excellent care. I had a flu vaccine yesterday, October 7, 2020 at Capital Internal Medicine located on Patient Care Drive. I chose to receive my vaccine by drive through rather than an office visit. I remained in my car and was promptly greeted by Jodi and Lizzie. Lizzie took a brief health questionnaire and Nurse Jodi administered the vaccine. I was impressed by Jodi's administering of the vaccine.
